Thursday Blotter: Identity Theft, DUI

Threatening voice mail
A woman came to the Skokie police station to report a disorderly conduct complaint on Nov. 9. According to the report, someone known to her left threatening voice mails on her cell phone.
Burglary
A laptop and XBOX 360 were reported stolen from a home in the 4800 block of Carol Avenue on Nov. 11. According to the report, the homeowners left their rear door unlocked
Identity theft
A woman came into the Skokie police station to report an identity theft on Nov. 5. According to the report, various transactions were made using her card without her knowledge.
DUI
Jessica Degidio, 20, of Skokie, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on Nov. 1. According to the report, Degido was stopped near Dempster Street and McCormick Boulevard after police saw flames emitting from underneath her vehicle. Degidio had a blood alcohol content level of .132, the report stated.
Disorderly conduct
Willis Sharp, 22, of Chicago, was charged with telephone harassment on Nov. 9. Sharp made several threatening calls to a woman known to him., according to the report. His court date is Nov. 19.
