Wednesday Blotter: Man's Massage Cut Short

The following arrest information was supplied by the Skokie Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. At Skokie Patch, we update our blotter daily.

 

No happy ending here

A Wheeling man had his massage cut short after allegedly asking his masseuse for an inappropriate favor on May 5. According to the report, the masseuse was massaging the man’s right thigh and the man kept asking for her to continue “going up.” He then allegedly pulled his towel up and exposed himself, the report said. The worker then demanded that the man leave her business, the report said. The alleged suspect then went on to leave $40 on the counter and left the business.

No charges were filed. However, when police questioned the man he denied any wrongdoing, stating he was confused why his massage ended abruptly.

Residential burglary

An apartment unit in the 5400 block of Lincoln Avenue was reported burglarized on May 2. According to the report, several credit cards and about $150 in cash were stolen from the property.

Student “batters teacher”

Police responded to a battery complaint at Orchard Academy, 7669 Marmora Avenue, on May 2. Ernesto Castaneda, 18, of the 500 block of Wimbledon Court in Prospect Heights, was charged with battery. Castaneda allegedly punched a teacher with a closed fist, the report said. According to the report, the student was transported to Skokie Hospital for a psychological evaluation, the report said.

DUI leads to crash

David Brian Martinez, 21, of the 10000 block of Bronx Avenue in Skokie, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol on May 2. Martinez allegedly crashed into several trees upon exiting the expressway in the 8800 block of the Eden’s Expressway. According to the report, he allegedly had a blood alcohol content level of .139.

Sleeping at the wheel

Stanislaw Dziedzic, 24, of the 3200 block of Neenah Avenue in Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on May 1. According to the report, officers found the driver sleeping behind the wheel while his car was parked in the 5300 block of Lincoln Avenue. It was later revealed that Dziedzic allegedly had a blood alcohol content level o f.279. Hs court date is June 12.
