Tuesday Blotter: Tractor Truck Stolen

The following arrest information was supplied by the Skokie Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. At Skokie Patch, we update our blotter daily.

 

Threatening messages

A woman came into the police station to report that she has been receiving threatening text messages from someone known to her. No charges were filed.

Stolen tractor

A Peterbuilt tractor truck was reported stolen from the 5500 block of Howard Street on Sept. 23.

Stolen cell phone

A woman reported her cell phone stolen after getting a car was at Skokie Car Wash, 7236 Niles Center Road, on Oct. 4.

Vehicle vandalism

A car parked in the 4100 block of Enfield Avenue had its rear window smashed on Oct. 4. The owner of the vehicle told police he has no idea who would do this to him.

Air conditioners stolen

Two air conditioner condensers were reported stolen from the 8300 block of Trumbull Avenue on Oct. 4. The combined value of said items is about $3,700, the report stated.
