Tuesday Blotter: Unexpected Burglar

The following arrest information was supplied by the Skokie Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. At Skokie Patch, we update our blotter daily.

 

Unneighborly conduct

A man reported being punched in the eye by his neighbor in the 4900 block of Church Street on March 1. Neither side wished to sing complaints, police said.

Unexpected burglar

A homeowner was greeted to a burglar after an offender broke into his home in the 4900 block of Church Street on March 1. When the person saw the resident, he ran out through an east side door, police said. No arrests were made.

Stolen auto

A car parked in the 5000 block of Carol Street was reported stolen on Feb. 23.
