Upcoming: Career Transitions Fair
The Skokie Public Library will be hosting a career transitions fair this Nov. 9. There will also be a networking event following the fair.

The North Suburban Business and Community Development Foundation - in collaboration with the Skokie Public Library - will be hosting a career transitions fair this Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
There will also be an open networking fair from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Admission is free and the event will be held at the Skokie Public Library, 5215 Oakton St. You can also RSVP by calling the Skokie Chamber of Commerce at 847-673-0240.
Among the presenting businesses include:
- Illinois workNet Center
- Jewish Vocational Services
- Success Coach Inc.
- The Skokie Public Library's Internet Career Resource Center
- Other businesses will also be present
The event is sponsored by the Skokie Chamber of Commerce, JVS Chicago, First Bank and Trust Skokie and the Skokie Public Library.
