At its meeting on Sept. 4, the village board of the Village of Lincolnwood considered a number of variations necessary to permit a firearms dealer and range at 6950 Central Park Ave.

At the meeting, the village board announced its intention to host a special meeting on Sept. 19, 2012 to give the petitioner, Shore Galleries, the opportunity to answer a number of the Village Board’s questions.

Please note that the Village Board has determined this meeting will not take place. Village staff is going to meet with the parties and report the result of these meetings at the Wednesday, Sept. 19, village board meeting.

As always, interested parties are welcome to attend the Sept. 19 village board meeting and state their position on the issue.
