The burgeoning Panera Bread Company opened a restaurant in Skokie less than a year ago and is it ever bustling! The restaurant, at the corner of Golf Road and Skokie Boulevard, serves up soups, sandwiches, and salads, as well as bakery items to its customers. The Skokie Panera also offers free Wi-Fi and has a fireplace.
