 THDAY BASH\nThe Howard Street Farm was born a year ago with a land use a
 greement signed by The Talking Farm\, a local non-profit\, and the Skoki
 e Park District to use 2 &frac14\; &nbsp\;acres of land on Howard Street
 . Now\, one year later\, The Talking Farm is unveiling its Demonstration
  Garden and hosting a Birthday Bash at the Farm\, located behind the Tot
  Learning Center at 3701 Howard Street in Skokie.\nCelebrate Howard Stre
 et Farm&rsquo\;s First Birthday in two ways!\nFrom 3-6PM on Saturday Jun
 e 16th\, come out for a work day on the farm! You can help build and pla
 nt display beds in our demonstration garden.\nFrom 6-10PM\, we&rsquo\;ll
  celebrate with a Picnic Party. We&rsquo\;re providing music\, birthday 
 cake\, beverages\, campfires for s&rsquo\;mores\, self-guided tours. Bri
 ng your own picnic foods\, blankets\, chairs\, friends\, and family!\nCo
 me and learn more about our organization\, gardening\, and the benefits 
 of local\, organic food to personal health\, the environment\, and the c
 ommunity. Suggestion donation of $5. All proceeds benefit The Talking Fa
