Niles North Presents "Reflections" An Improv Revue

Make a resolution to start the New Year laughing, which is easily done by attending the Niles North production of “Reflections,” an improvisation and sketch comedy revue, featuring actors from the Play Production Class. With live improvisation and audience participation, be prepared for laughter…lots of it!  Performances will be held at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9, 2013 in the Drama Performance Center at 9800 Lawler, Skokie. Tickets are $5 and may be reserved through the Box Office at (847) 626-2122. 

The cast includes:  Sarah Alkyer, Emma Decker, Max Dolinko, Sabina Dzelilovic, Athanasia Giannetos, Amy Hagedorn, Alex Hammond, Eugene Hyun, Chris Khoshaba, Ryan Loach, Camille Paskind, Erin Rourke, Nina Roy, Lauryn Schmelzer, Nathan Selinger, Rachel Sepiashvili and Sebastijan Torgus. The faculty advisor is Timothy Ortmann.

A public four-year high school and part of District 219, Niles North High School is the future home for students from McCracken Middle School, Old Orchard Junior High, East Prairie and Golf Middle School.

Located across the street from Old Orchard Mall and east of the Edens Expressway, Niles North High School opened its doors in 1964. In 2008, the school received an award for having the "#1 Fine Arts Program in the United States."

Known as the "Vikings," the school has a variety of interscholastic athletic programs that include basketball, cross country, gymnastics, soccer, swimming, cheerleading and softball. Some notable graduates include Erin Heatherton, a Victora Secret's fashion model, Brent Novoselsky, who played tight end for the Chicago Bears and Minnesota Vikings and Mike Krasny, founder of CDW.
