Kento n in Skokie. For those of you who have attended in the past\, you know what a unique event this is. \; If you haven't been over to see Sko kie's LARGEST log cabin - here's your chance. \; This 4\,000 square foot\, 15 room cabin was built in 1927 for a family and eventually becam e our first church building. \; You'll be enchanted by this charming cabin that's is sitting in the middle of suburban Skokie. Everyone ag rees that \;this is the best place to take your little ones to vis it with Santa. \; He will be sitting upstairs in the cabin's loft a nd you'll want to make sure you've got your camera handy. \; After wards we have some free craft projects the kids can make and take home . We have crafters and vendors from all over with a wide variety of uniq ue gifts to help you get some of your shopping done. \; We are also serving a warm\, homemade lunch at a reasonable price which you can enjo y next to the fireplace in the Log Cabin's Great Room. \; Of course no church event would be complete without a bake sale and we'll have de licious goodies you can take home to enjoy. All proceeds will go toward s our continued renovation of everyone's favorite building.
