Community Conversation on Storm Water Management

Storm Water Management will be discussed at the October 8, 2013 Community Conversation with Village Officials hosted by the Village of Skokie.  The event is scheduled for 7 p.m. on the covered patio at The Curragh Irish Pub, 8266 Lincoln Avenue.

Mayor Van Dusen, Trustee Karen Gray-Keeler and staff from the Village’s Public Works and Community Development Departments will review the Village’s storm water management system, the regional flood control system and how it impacts Skokie and also briefly review options for home flood control systems. The Community Conversation is free and the public is invited to attend. Other members of the Village Board also are expected to attend.
