Or maybe we should say "classes up" because they are turning Skokie's village green into a big band ballroom. With "I've got Rhythm," ""Begin the Beguine" and other numbers, I'm waiting for Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers to burst out from village hall and do a smart tap dance or polished waltz.
