Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Skokie Theatre

Skokie pillars of the community Scott Holtz, Caryn Watson, Randy Miles, delegates from the Skokie Chamber of Commerce Foundation, Independent Merchants of Downtown Skokie and other fans of the Skokie Theatre invite you to a rare screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, the classic musical sci-fi satire about an alien transvestite named Frank-n-Furter, who is building the... perfect man.

Originally released in 1975, this cult favorite, a funny, twisted salute to sci-fi, horror, B-movies and rock music stars young Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon, Barry Bostwick and Meatloaf.

Tickets cost $20. Proceeds will benefit the Skokie Theatre.
Seating is limited. To buy tickets in advance, go to http://rockyhorrorskokie.eventbrite.com.

Audience members are invited to come as their favorite character. Fishnet stockings and corsets optional.

All Skokie Photo Project will be making a big group picture of everyone coming. Other fun is in the works.

By the way, we're looking to save the theatre, so bring your flashlight, newspaper pages, toast, party hat, noisemaker and rice, but leave your water guns, squirt bottles, candles and messy stuff at home.

Sponosors include the Skokie Chamber of Commerce.
