Open Casting for 'Transformers 4' in Skokie

Chicago fans of Transformers 4 could have a chance to be part of the mega-hit movie this weekend when Paramount Pictures conducts an open casting call for extras, RedEye Chicago reports.

The open casting will take place at Holiday Inn, 5300 W. Touhy Ave., with auditions taking place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, the website reported.

Movie makers are looking for extras 18 years and over, who are clean-cut business types of could fit into FBI or military scenes, as well as Asian extras aged nine and over for a scene set in Hong Kong, ABC News reported.

Filming is scheduled for August 18 through September 27, according to various media outlets.
