Skokie Library Hosts Folk-Rock-Jazz Quartet Sunday

The concert will be held in the Petty Auditorium from 3 p.m. to 4:15 p.m.

Imagine musicians who sound like Adle, Wilco, Death Cab for Cutties, and Nora Jones blended into one and that’s what you’ll get with Into the Real, an indie rock band that will be performing at Skokie Public Library on Sunday.

Skokie library says it’s a concert that defies musical conventions; mixing elements of folk, Americana with jazz influence with lyrics influenced by American literature and poetry from various cultures, especially South America, according to the library’s website.
