Lawsuit After Dentist Allegedly Drops Tool Down Patient's Throat
A lawsuit in Cook County Circuit Court says a Skokie dentist dropped a tool down a patient's throat.
A man filed suit in Cook County Court Monday against a Skokie dentist, alleging she dropped a tool down his throat, according to 89 WLS am. The suit seeks more than $50,000 in damages.
Bernard Bell alleges in the suit that Toni Ellis Wolf of Old Orchard Smiles, 4905 Old Orchard Center, suite 232, dropped a dental driver down his throat last year during a procedure. In the suit he charges medical malpractice and negligence, stating he had to undergo x-rays, a Ct scan and two endoscopies to remove it.
