Skokie-based Dynamic Healthcare Inc. has filed a lawsuit against Richard Zisook this month, alleging the Chicago developer broke an agreement and attempted to buy a 39-acre site on Waukegan Road in unincorporated Lake Bluff, according to an article posted on Chicago Real Estate Daily.com.

In its lawsuit, Dynamic said Zisook agreed to buy the property with them and build a for-profit drug treatment facility at 502 N. Waukegan Road. However, Zisook then attempted to buy the property himself, the report said.

Dynamic asked the judge for a temporary restraining order to stop Zisook from buying the property, and also seeks $4 million in damages. The judge refused to grant the restraining order, and ordered both parties to mediate the dispute, according to the article.
