Tilly's, which offers men's and women's clothes and shoes with an edgy, youthful feel, has opened in Skokie's Village Crossing Shopping Center.
The shop also sells items like skateboards and surfing fins, which complement its active sports clothing and accessories.
The shop is only the third Tilly's location in Chicagoland. The others are in Geneva and Algonquin.
