The former Linens N' Things building on Golf Road in Skokie, across from Westfield Old Orchard Mall, may become an XSport fitness location, according to ChicagoRealEstateDaily.com.
The building is now partially filled by a Golf Galaxy store.
The chain also plans to locate a fitness center at 3450 W. Touhy near the Skokie/Lincolnwood border, according to its website.
There is also a Niles location, at Golf Mill Shopping Center. According to the Xsport website, the chain has 26 Chicagoland locations, in both the city and suburbs.
