TURNING POINT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE CENTER CEO ACCEPTED INTO NATIONAL EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Turning Point Behavioral Health Care Center’s Chief Executive Officer Ann Fisher Raney (Evanston) has been selected as one of 23 participants in the second annual Executive Leadership Training program sponsored by the National Council for Behavioral Health.  Participants in the yearlong program will interact with national thought leaders on transformational leadership, business strategies and quality improvement; develop key relationships with peers; gain knowledge about clinical, operational and financing best practices, quality improvement tools, and leadership strategies; and develop and implement an individualized Leadership Stretch Project.

Ann Fisher Raney said, “Our organization is in the midst of an exciting expansion project that will allow us to serve more members of the community. Like all nonprofit behavioral health providers, we also face challenges and opportunities as the Affordable Care Act is implemented and funding circumstances shift. I feel very honored to be a part of this leadership program and look forward to a rich learning experience with my colleagues and the program consultants and staff.”
