Back to School: $5 Immunization Shots

The Skokie Health Department offers immunizations to children living in Skokie or attending a Skokie school. There is a $5 clinic fee per child. Consultations on required immunizations are provided by the Village’s public health nurses. An appointment is necessary.
Immunization Clinics take place at Skokie Village Hall, 5127 Oakton St. Available clinic dates and times are as follows.

- · Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to noon
- · Wednesday, August 1, 15 and Sept. 5th and 19th from 5 to 7 p.m.
- · Wednesdays, August 8, 22 and Sept. 12th and 26th from 2 to 4 p.m.
The health department offers vaccinations for adults, please call for fee information and availability.
