Skokie Hospital Earns 'A' Safety Rating

Skokie Hospital, along with three other NorthShore University HealthSystem hospitals –Evanston, Glenbrook and Highland Park, have all earned ‘A’ grades in The Leapfrog Group’s semi-annual Hospital Safety Scores, Skokie Review reported.

The Leapfrog Group, a nonprofit, uses 26 measures of publicly available hospital safety data to produce a single grade representing a hospital’s overall success in keeping patients safe from infections, injuries, and medical and medication errors, according to the organization’s website.
