9th Annual FUND69 Walk-a-thon
Its the 9th year of our annual Walk-a-thon on September 28th. This fun family event will start at Madison school in the morning, then continues to Edison & Lincoln and ends back at Madison. We will have a live band called Wavelength this year, featuring one of our own students from Lincoln Jr. High. We will also have hair braiding, henna, raffle prizes and free food.
Please see the attached forms. One form is a contest for all district 69 students. Print out the form, create your image on the back and you could be chosen as the winner of our contest. If you win, your image will be on all the Walk-a-thon t-shirts, and you will also win a free t-shirt.
The second form is our Walk-a-thon registration form. You do not need to register early however t-shirt sizes will be limited, and we can only guarantee shirts to those who do pre-register. If a registration form and payment is received by September 11th your shirts will be waiting for you the morning of the Walk-a-thon.

If you want to make sure you get the correct shirt size, turn in your registration form, with payment or go online to www.fund69.org and pay via credit or debit card. Payment and registration forms must be turned in by September 11th in order to get the correct shirt size.
