Chris McBrien, Anti Bullying Speaker, will be appearing at St. Paul Lutheran Church to present his program “Standing UP.” His program is for parents of students who have been or show a likeliness to be bullied…and for the parents of children who have bullied others. He approaches the topic as a fellow parent, and addresses mistakes parents make in approaching the topic, as well as solutions that have been shown to work long-term. Chris will also conduct a question and answer session after his presentation. His program is based on the world famous Olweus program, the acclaimed work of Dr. Barbara Coloroso and is also presented from a Christian standpoint. Chris has been speaking on the topic to parents and students nationally and internationally since 2005.
