Ellen Shepard, executive director of the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce, speaks November 18th, on “Localism: Building Strong Economies, One Community at a Time.” Shepard will discuss how the path to global prosperity needs to be grounded in our local communities, with local business ownership, the building of relationships, and control of and accountability for natural resources.
