Kay Stepkin, “Veggie Cook” columnist for the Chicago Tribune, speaks November 25th, on “Veg Chicago: From Weird to Mainstream.”  A veteran vegan chef, recipe creator, and restaurant owner, and a pioneer in Chicago’s vegetarian and natural foods movements, Stepkin will describe her work and delight us with ”tales of the city’s healthy history.”
