Passion of Art and Life Presented by Roberta and David Williamson at the Block Museum

Handmade jewelry and mixed media artists, Roberta and David Williamson, will speak about the "Passion of Art & Life" at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 9 at Northwestern University's Mary and Leigh Block Museum of Art. Nationally recognized masters of their craft, Roberta and David's works are featured in the collections of the Smithsonian Museum of American Art, among several other nationally acclaimed museums.

Free and open to the public, Roberta and David’s talk is presented in partnership by the Block Museum and the American Craft Exposition (ACE), an annual juried show of fine craft organized by The Auxiliary of NorthShore University HealthSystem in which the Williamsons regularly participate. ACE will be held from August 22, through August 24, at the Henry Crown Sports Pavilion, 2311 Campus Drive, on Northwestern’s Evanston campus. Tickets for ACE are available at: americancraftexpo.org. Proceeds from ACE support ovarian cancer research at NorthShore University HealthSystem.
