Hugo Bänziger, an officer of Deutsche Bank and a member of the Liikanen panel to reform Europe’s banking system, speaks September 29th at 10:30 a.m. at the Ethical Humanist Society of
Chicago, 7574 N. Lincoln Avenue in Skokie. His topic is, “The Banks of Europe: Are They Ready for Reform?” Banziger will review and explain the panel’s recommendations, which include breaking up and separating investment banks from savings banks.
