2nd Annual Bears in Blue Charity Event
Bears in Blue Host Second Annual Fund Raiser
--Family friendly activities, children’s fashion show, and a silent auction are linedup to raise money to continue providing relief for children--
Founded in 2009, the Bears in Blue Foundation is a not-for-profit program organized to supply free teddy bears to the local police departments and community organizations to give small children in crisis situations. The program was created in response to the growing number of "children in crisis" that police officers come into contact with every day. They will be hosting their Second Annual Fundraiser to support their cause and spread awareness.
WHAT:
Bears in Blue will host its Second Annual Fund Raiser hosted by Essence MedSpa and Wellness Center in Chicago. Activities are to include:

- Fashion show put on police officers’ children
- Arts and crafts
- Games
- Silent auction
- Jumpy House
- Caricature drawings
- "Be a Beacon of Hope" Photo and certificate
- Silent Auction items
All proceeds will go to benefit the Bears in Blue Foundation in hopes of raising money to continue to efforts to provide children with support during a time of need. Food and refreshments will be available for sale.
