Temple Judea Mizpah hosts an event supporting the 2012 Jewish United Fund-Israel Emergency Fund.
The event will feature Andrew Silow-Carroll discussing “Israel & American Jewry.” One of the most experienced journalists in the Jewish press, Andrew Silow-Carroll is widely regarded as an insightful, engaging and witty commentator on trends in American Jewish life, the press, pop culture, religion, humor and the arts. He is editor-in-chief of the New Jersey Jewish News and the former managing editor of the Forward.
The event honors Sharon and David Kessler of Des Plaines.
