Charles Troy Presents: "The Creation of Annie Get Your Gun"
Because of a sudden death, Irving Berlin was offered this project at the last minute. He hemmed and hawed, doubted himself, then finally took it on -- and, at the age of 57, in less than four months, produced his greatest Broadway score for one of the most popular shows of all time! "Annie Get Your Gun" is Light Opera Works' final production of their season. Before you see it, learn the amazing story behind the show.
The 45-minute presentation will be preceded by another 45-minute presentation, "Irving Berlin, American" which covers much of Berlin's experiences in Hollywood in the late 1930s and early 40s, including the writing of "God Bless America" and "White Christmas."

Finally, a fun, fast-paced comedy show that's great for the whole family! It's ComedySportz®, improvisational comedy played as a sport by members of the World Comedy League. The audience votes for the winners, a referee calls the fouls and we even play the national anthem before each match.
Produced by Comedy Sportz and Gorilla Tango.
