My low tire light has been going on and off for the last few weeks. I went to 2 other places and they just filled the tires and sent me on my way. I didn't notice my tires being low ever. So I drove by McKenna Automotive after my emission test and the tire light came on again! I was so furious! I decided to turn around and stop in here. They were busy and asked me to wait a few minutes. I explained what keeps happening and how the other shops just keeps adding air and saying everything is OK.
They brought my car in and checked all the tires. They said the pressures are fine, but said the issue was coming from the right front tire. The tire pressure monitor battery was low. I learned you can't change the battery in this one. They recommended replace the sensor and I said they had to relearn it or something. The process took about 45 min. They also said with that sensor failing the rest are not far behind. Long story short, it's been over a week and no tire light. I did call them today to schedule replacement of the other sensors. As soon as I walked into McKenna's I had this feeling of trust and confidence. I'm sure glad I found them that day. If you guys ever read this THANK YOU!!!!!!!! I'll be seeing you soon!
