Services for Lincolnwood resident Annette K. Jaffe, 100, will be today in Evanston.
Annette K. Jaffe, beloved wife of the late Sydney Jaffe. Loving mother of Dr. Charles Jaffe (Rabbi Eleanor Smith, MD) and Paula Horowitz. Proud grandmother of Dr. Kevin Horowitz (Dr. Marie DeWitt), Laura Jaffe, and Rachael Jaffe and step-grandchildren Judah, Sophie, and Harel Anolick. Dear sister of Melvin (the late Beatrice) Kohan, and the late Samuel (Minn) Kohan.
Services will be Thursday, 1:30 p.m. at Beth Emet - The Free Synagogue, 1224 West Dempster St., in Evanston. Interment will be private.
