Manuel "Manny" Lerner, age 94

Beloved husband of 60 years to the late Dorothy Lerner nee Vann. Devoted father of Marsha (Phil) Celano and Sharon (Joe) Cameron. Proud grandfather of Ted Brown. Loving companion of several years to Bonita Kogan. Fond brother of Lillian (the late Sol) Lichter, Sol (Marcia) Lerner, Rose (the late Fred) Kogan, the late Bernard , George (the late Diane), Helen (the late Phil) Wishner, Sam , Julius (Renee) , Idelle and Marcia. Dear brother in law of the late Leonard (the late Ida) Vann and Clara(the late Meyer "Boots") Katz. Cherished uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Manny served in the Navy during WWII with pride. He was well connected to his community and active in politics. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him. Manny was a real "Mentch".
