Thift at Old Orchard Mall

my husband and i purchased several items at nordstrom -- went to enjoy the childrens train with kids and bags stolen.   Mall mgmt or security would not do anything for us - except say they were sorry.  They weren't concerned of theft or will likely not even alert their stores of the theft.  they also said their cameras do not cover that area at all.  With today's violence is sad to think no one is protected.
