Identity Theft on the 8600 block of Kimball Avenue, on November 7th between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person(s) used the victim’s name to open a credit card account.

Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts/Accessories
Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts/Accessories on the 7800 block of Kilbourn Avenue, between November 19th at 12:00 p.m. and December 2nd at 3:00 p.m.  Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person(s) stole a spare tire from underneath a Toyota Highlander.

Deceptive Practices
Deceptive Practices on the 8900 block of Bennett Avenue, between November 25th at 12:00 a.m. and December 2nd at 11:59 p.m.  Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person(s) by unknown means withdrew money from the victim’s account using the ATM.  The victim was in possession of the ATM card during the time of the transaction.

Deceptive Practices on the 4200 block of Dempster Street, between December 2nd at 9:00 a.m. and December 3rd at 10:00 a.m.  Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person(s) attempted to use the victim’s driver’s license to cash a check.

Deceptive Practices at 3700 Dempster, Sums Chop Suey, on December 3rd at 4:17 p.m.  Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person attempted to use a counterfeit bill to make a purchase.

Burglary to Motor Vehicle
Burglary to motor vehicle on the 5300 block of Cleveland Street, between December 2nd at 9:55 p.m. and December 3rd at 7:55 p.m. Reported:  12/03/2013. An unknown person(s) entered the unlocked Saab and removed a men’s watch from the center console.

Theft
Theft on the 3700 block of Howard between December 3rd at 5:30 a.m. and December 4th at 5:30 a.m.  Reported:  12/04/2013. An unknown person(s) stole the victim’s wallet from inside her unsecured delivery truck.
