The spray paint on buildings and garbage cans do not bode well for Skokie. Typically they are signs that gangs are claiming turf. Granted not all are, and while it is never good to paint with a broad brush, it is never good to paint a building or a garbage can with a can of spray paint. If you follow the trends, you know where this is likely going.

So you have a kid who has been bullying another kid for 7 years. It continues, and the kid gets away with it. Where are the bully's parents? Why do they allow their bright and shining future of America child to bully another? Don't they know that the seas have stopped rising and the planet has begun to heal? At least that is what President Obama said in his inaugural speech. So if the planet is going through such transformation, how can their still be bullying in this world? I just don't understand!
