Home Burglarized and Phone Wires Cut

Also, a Skokie business was burglarized. An arrest is merely an accusation, not evidence of a conviction.


The following information is from the Skokie Police Department and Village of Skokie. 

Residential Burglary

  • Residential Burglary on the 3800 block of Howard Street, between October 18th at 7:00 p.m. and November 1st at 7:28 p.m.  Reported:  11/01/2013. An unknown person(s) entered the home through a rear window and rummaged through the bedrooms.  The phone wires to the home were found to have been cut.

Burglary

  • Burglary at 4959 Dempster Street, MK&A Ltd., on November 2nd between 10:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.  Reported:  11/02/2013. An unknown person(s) shattered the entry door to the business and gained entry.  Computers and monitors were reported stolen.
