Home Invaders Assault Disabled Skokie Man

Police say it's likely it was not a random act.

Three home invaders entered the home of a disabled men in the 5200 block of Dobson, Skokie, around 11 p.m. Wednesday, according to a Skokie Police Department report.

The suspects threw the victim off his couch and up against the wall, according to the report. The suspects ransacked the home, took the victim’s cell phone and left.  Police said their preliminary investigation of this case suggests this was not a random act.
