Skokie - Today, the Skokie Police Department announced its late-night plans during the upcoming 4th of July holiday period focusing on the most deadly time of day for motor vehicle fatalities.
Several DUI checkpoints will be set at the following locations:

- Saturday July 2-3 / 11:15 p.m. - 3:15 a.m. / 8700 Skokie Blvd.
- Sunday, July 3-4 / 11:15 p.m. - 3:15 a.m. / 5200 Touhy Ave.
