The following arrests and incidents were reported by the Evanston Police Department:

Men Threaten Victim With Handgun Outside ETHS

Two men threatened their victim with a handgun on school grounds in the 1600 block of Dodge Avenue between 3:40 and 3:45 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Arrests: Armed Robbery,

David Alan Adams, 23, of the 18000 block of Dejong Lane in Lansing, was arrested and charged with armed robbery in the 7800 block of Kedvale at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, according to police.

A 29-year-old Chicago woman was arrested and charged with domestic battery at 10:50 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, according to police.

Martell Donte Henderson, 27, of the 5600 block of South Ashland in Chicago, was arrested and charged with armed robbery at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, police reported.

Randall T. Mercer, 33, of the 700 block of Grey Avenue in Evanston, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault in the 2300 block of Church Street at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, according to police.

Aggravated Assault Reported on Church

A man insinuated that he had a weapon during an aggravated assault at Church and Hartrey at 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Batteries Reported On Hinman, Maple, Ridge

A woman kicked someone in the leg in an apartment or condo common area in the 700 block of Hinman Avenue at 11:40 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, police reported.

A man scratched someone on their cheek at a mental health institution in the 900 block of Maple Avenue at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, police reported.

A man spit in someone’s face at St. Francis Hospital around 10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, according to police.

Car Burglar Steals 30 Cartons of Cigarettes

Someone damaged the lock on the driver’s side door of a 2005 Honda and stole 30 cartons of cigarettes between 12 and 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, in the 2400 block of Main Street, according to police.

Attempted Burglary On Foster

Someone opened the rear side window of a home in the 2300 block of Foster Street during an attempted burglary between 6 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Backpack Stolen From Bar

Someone stole a North Face black backpack from the chair at a bar in the 1600 block of Sherman Avenue between 11 p.m. and midnight Friday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Man Steals Food From Charity Resale Store

Someone stole a bag of food from the fridge at a charity resale store in the 900 block of Chicago Avenue at 9 a.m. Friday, Oct. 18, police reported.

Thief Steals Beige Spandex Underwear

A resident of the 1900 block of Sherman Avenue reported that someone stole beige spandex underwear from the closet between Oct. 14 and 18, according to police.

Windows Damaged On Judson, Clyde

Someone damaged the rear window of a 2005 Buick parked in the 1300 block of Judson Avenue between 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, and 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, according to police.

A man damaged the window of an apartment in the 100 block of Clyde Avenue between 2:15 and 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, police reported.

Graffiti Appears on Dodge, Church

Graffiti appeared in the 800 block of Dodge Avenue between 12:01 and 11:49 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19, according to police.

Graffiti appeared at Church Street and Sheridan at 3:57 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Graffiti appeared in the 600 block of Mulford Avenue at 4:06 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, according to police.

Graffiti appeared in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue at 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 20, in the 100 block of Ridge Avenue, according to police.
