Monday Blotter: Stolen Christmas Lights

Cut lights

Christmas lights valued at $130 were cut from the outside a home in the 8300 block of Lawndale Avenue on Nov. 26.

Burglary

A crystal shark figurine, $220 in cash and a coin collection were reported stolen from a home in the 7700 block of Lowell Avenue on Nov. 30.

Garage burglary

A snow blower valued at $400 was reported stolen from a garage in the 4600 block of Dobson Avenue on Nov. 30.

Stolen car mirror

A side view mirror was reported stolen from a car parked in the 8600 block of Crawford Avenue on Nov. 30.

Egging

Police responded to a criminal damage complaint in the 4800 block of Louise Avenue on Nov. 10. According to the report, an unknown person(s) threw several eggs at the homeowner’s windows.

Locker theft

About $40 in cash, several t-shirts and a wallet were reported stolen from a gym locker at LA Fitness, 3220 Touhy Ave., on Nov. 30.
