A cell phone was stolen from a Skokie woman while she swam at the Oakton Aquatics Center on Aug. 18. According to the report, the victim left her phone valued at $300 on a lawn chair.

A truck had all of its tires deflated while it was parked in the 8500 block of Lotus Avenue on Aug. 23.
