Quiroz, Ricardo, 21, 7900 block of Central Avenue, Morton Grove, was arrested on charges of Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol on the 7700 block of Niles Center Road on 12/14/2013.

House, Quintin, 32, 1000 block of Lakehurst, Waukegan, was arrested on charges of Possession of Cannabis on the 5100 block of Chase Avenue, on 12/14/2013.

Rashkow, Marc A., 25, 9000 block of Terrace Drive, Niles, was arrested on charges of Disorderly Conduct on the 4900 block of Old Orchard Road, on 12/14/2013.  Rashkow was walking around various stores harassing customers.
