Criminal Damage to Property

Someone used black spray paint to write graffiti on the wall of the Taco Bell on Skokie Boulevard at 7:15 p.m. July 16.

Someone used black spray paint to write graffiti on the east wall of the concrete train viaduct belonging to the CTA at 7901 Skokie Boulevard at 1:10 a.m. July 18.

Someone used an unknown object to cause a chip on the front passenger window on a black, Mitsubishi Montero Sport vehicle on the 10000 block of Frontage Road, between July 16 at 4:40 p.m. and July 17 at 12 p.m.

Someone used a sharp object to scratch the driver’s side door on a gray 2013 Toyota Sienna on the 9700 block of Gross Point Road, between 6:45 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. July 17.

Someone used a pen to draw graffiti on the west wall of the foyer on the 4800 block of Elm Street, between 5 and 10 p.m. July 17.

Possession of Cannabis
Officers observed Carina Loza, 22, of Skokie, looking into vehicles while wearing a backpack on the 4200 block of Church Street at 3:25 a.m. July 17, according to police. While officers were conducting a field interview, it was determined that Loza was in possession of cannabis and he was arrested on that charge.

Suspended/Revoked License
Zico Jean, 31, of Skokie , was arrested on charges of a suspended/revoked driver’s license, on the 4700 block of Dempster Street.
