Hanin Goma plead guilty today to all charges related to the DUI crash that killed 9-yaer-old Carter Vo, the Chicago Tribune reports. She is facing up to 14 years in prison, a fate that will be decided in March.
Goma was arrested after causing an accident on May 21 at the intersection of Main Street and St. Louis Avenue. Goma had just finished her shift working as a cashier at Grecian Kitchen in Skokie and made a right turn to head eastbound on Main Street from St. Louis Avenue when she struck a van heading the same direction.
Goma's vehicle would ultimately lose control and hit Vo who was across the street on his bicycle.
