She takes a nice picture. Looked nice when she was re-taken into custody August 8th in front of the village's central crack house 4831 Lee Street. Ooops for violating the terms of her bond~! Why hasn't the village emptied that property? All Section 8 residents and no landlord...bank owned. Why isn't the property up for sale? Why didn't Ms. DelGado's rape there ever make any police blotters or find it's way into print? Y'all stop by now and you can get high with the rest of the building's residents. The village of Skokie is right on top of this. To quote Mr. Oline...."It is what it is" Thank you Terry...that one qualifies you to run for President...contact Mr. Clinton...."That depends on what your definition of 'is' is". Say no more.

The only speed that caused Carter's death sadly was methamphetamine. Shame on the viillage for not having shut down 4831 Lee and gotten Hanin Goma off the streets sooner. But now at 25 mph, main street will never be hazardous again. Sure. Let's get those landlords....ooops ...no landlord on tis apartment building. But the village will "Git er Done". You can count on them. Sure. Can Skokie Voice do a study?
