• Criminal Trespass to Residence on the 9000 block of Keating Avenue, on October 4th at 10:34 p.m.  Reported:  10/04/2013. An unknown person(s) entered a vacant unit in the building.   A strong odor of cannabis could be smelled inside.

Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts/Accessories

• Theft of Motor Vehicle Part/Accessories on the 5200 block of Enfield Avenue, between October 4th at 5:00 p.m. and October 5th at 10:00 a.m.  Reported:  10/05/2013. An unknown person(s) stole a catalytic converter from a Chevrolet Cavalier.

• Theft of Motor Vehicle Parts/Accessories on the 8800 block of Bronx Avenue, on September 29th at 9:00 a.m.  Reported:  10/05/2013. An unknown person(s) stole the front license plate on a Nissan Versa.

Theft Pick Pocket

• Theft Pick Pocket at 4909 Old Orchard Road, Macy’s, on October 3rd between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.  Reported:  10/05/2013. An unknown person(s) removed the victim’s credit cards from inside her purse.

• Theft Pick Pocket at 9310 Skokie Boulevard, on October 4th between 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.  Reported:  10/05/2013. An unknown person(s) removed two credit cards from inside the victim’s purse.
