The report also added that officers "immediately detected a very strong odor of fresh cannabis emitting from inside the vehicle." Teinowitz, however, told police his vehicle smelled like marijuana because it was recently parked by valet.

Ultimately, the 50-year-old Skokie resident had a blood alcohol content level of .131 and was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. Police decided not to file charges relating to possible marijuana use even though officers saw a small amount of what they suspected to be cannabis on his shirt.

While at the police station, Teinowitz advised officers several times that they “could not do this as he works for the Disney Company and he would lose his job.” He also asked multiple times if he could call “the mayor,” a request the officers denied.

Last May, Teinowitz was kicked out from the White Sox clubhouse for inappropriate actions, according to the Chicago Sun-Times. He also entered a rehabilitation program shortly after being suspended by his employer in March.

According to Crain's Chicago, the show will no longer be known as "The Afternoon Saloon" but rather "Carmen, Jurko & Harry."
