Thursday Blotter: Neighborly Dispute

Neighborly dispute

Police responded to an assault complaint in the 8800 block of Lavergne Avenue on March 10 around 9:30 p.m. According to police, a victim reported that her neighbor threw a glass candleholder in the direction of her and her daughter. The object did not hit the mother or child and no arrests were made.

However, the offender agreed not to engage with his neighbor in the future, police said.

Stolen auto

A car parked in the 3900 block of Crain Street was reported stolen on March 12.

Telephone harassment

A person reported that a fellow employee in Georgia continues to harass her via telephone. It is unclear when the report was made.
